Born and raised in Rijeka. He graduated painting in the class of one of Italy’s greatest contemporary painters, Emilio Vedova, at Academia di belle arts in Venice. Through the 80s, he took part in the formation of Ex-Yu alternative art scene that combined music, visual arts and writing.

In the late 80s he began to pursue theatre design and since then has designed over 200 theatre stages. He is also engaged in the design of interiors, graphic design and is the author of the spatial design of some significant manifestations related to the city of Rijeka.

In 2006 he was published a monograph by the Nataša Šegota Lah and publishing house Adamić. In 2011 he founded art gallery and project Ladders to the Sun with Stanislav Habjan in Stara Novalja, island of Pag.

He recieved a number of national and international awards and is a member of ULUPUH and HDLU.
